Service Description

Each individual 90 min. coaching session includes: - Professional standards (ICF) - The foundation - Co-creating a relationship - Cultivating learning and growth - Communicating effectively Outcome: - Self Management - Explore your creativity - Shift your energy - Balance : feeling relaxed, in 'flow', heading in the right direction - Fulfillment : feeling excited, lighter, happier, more satisfied - Process : gaining knowledge and information to make choices and effective decisions that will benefit you We speak Luxembourgish, English, German and French. Life Coaching isn't a therapy! Think of it as an action-oriented workshop where your change agent (the coach) helps you reach your goals without knowing your destination. We all need a little help sometimes, especially when it comes to journeys of self-discovery. Coach and coachee are active collaborators. Whether your goal is to be more confident or to find fulfilment in a passion project, it can be pretty tough to figure out how to get from point A (identifying a goal) to point B (actually going after and achieving that goal). 'Life coaching focuses on what is happening right now, what a person wants next, and how that gap can be bridged'
